Early this August apaiser participated in the inaugural FRONT expo – a boutique specifier event for the commercial and hospitality design sector which took place at Carriageworks, Sydney.

For as long as he can remember, Greg Natale has been passionate about interior design. The multi-award-winning interior designer has become known for his masterly use of pattern and colour, and his bold application of both in creating tailored, glamorous and sophisticated spaces.

MILAN DESIGN WEEK, the annual celebration of art, architecture, food fashion and all things design has emerged as the ‘not to be missed’ event on the social calendars of the design crowd.

The wellness movement in the workplace has seen the benchmark rise in more ways than one, with the recently completed renovation of 101 Collins St, a multi-tenant tower in Melbourne’s CBD. Here, stunning ‘end of trip’ facilities to be used by workers post travel, or perhaps after a lunchtime work-out, rival that of a luxury spa and echo the transformation of the bathroom from mere function to ultimate relaxation, a virtue synonymous with apaiser.

This April 2018 will see apaiser unveil the first of its new collections for the year, aptly named SOKA.

SOKA is a harmonious culmination of age old bathing traditions combined with the latest in contemporary design, materials and craftsmanship, to deliver a design destined to become a classic of pure elegance.

Designed by De Natris Skurrie, it perfectly illustrates the elegance of the free standing bath as centre piece, with Haven – our signature design – seamlessly complimenting this pared down sophistication. Extending the pitch perfect harmonious balance is the strategic placement of ebonised brass hardware in the form of twin towel rails and sleek freestanding spout, subtly off set by the soft white and pale grey colour palette.

Last year was a truly exhilarating and stimulating year for us and 2018 is already shaping up to be an even bigger and more exciting one. We are expanding our horizons with beautiful new collections on the drawing board, events in planning and some amazing projects set to open this year! There will be plenty to share in the coming month.
